Attorney Max Levine joins the faculty of Florida International University

August 12, 2022

Our very own Max Levine (...from the Law Offices of Max Levine...) has been appointed as an Associate Professor at the Florida International University School of Communication, Architecture, and the Arts (FIU CARTA). Mr. Levine was brought on to help guide the fellows of the Ratcliffe Art + Design Incubator, a unique program designed to help FIU students turn art and design ideas into profitable businesses.

Max will begin his duties in earnest on Friday, September 2, when he gives a snooze-worthy but necessary introduction to fundamentals of business law at the Incubator.

Max will mentor RA+DI fellows in entrepreneurship and business law, helping them structure their businesses and agreements to maximize the potential of their core ideas. He brings a wide range of relevant experience. Over the course of seven years, Max started, ran, and successfully exited a non-law company, selling it to a private equity group. He has also mentored in tech incubator programs, and works as an attorney for creative entrepreneurs throughout South Florida. His practice focuses on business entities, commercial contracts, and intellectual property law.
